The Multimedia Specialist will play a key role in supporting the Information Programs Center at the Embassy of the United States in Poland. The position involves serving as a liaison for the Embassy's television service contracts and managing the installation, service, and maintenance of our television or multimedia infrastructure.

Responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining an accurate inventory of office telephone, radio, and multimedia assets
  • Supporting various communication devices, including the issuance and return of telephones, radios, TVs, and multimedia equipment
  • Processing and reconciling vendor invoices on a monthly basis
  • Generating internal telephone call accounting reports for offices
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for multimedia support for internal and external audiences and events sponsored by the Mission

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in technical support, excellent communication skills, and fluency in Polish. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with a minimum of two years of experience in an office support or technical support role. Knowledge of English is also necessary.

We offer a competitive salary of approximately 82,870 PLN per year, plus a 13th salary in December and Easter Bonus (around 1,500 PLN). Additional benefits include private medical care, life insurance options, and the possibility of free English classes.
