About the Role

Holisticon Connect is a custom software development company with a strong presence in Poland and a growing global footprint. We're seeking a highly skilled Business Solutions Analyst to join our team and contribute to the success of our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with global business units to understand user needs, pain points, and journeys, and create user flow diagrams to support business cases;
  • Collaborate with delivery teams and stakeholders to identify and prioritize product features for future releases;
  • Support the scoping and delivery of data and AI tools by working closely with Delivery Leads and business stakeholders;
  • Monitor product, technology, and market trends to provide valuable insights;
  • Develop and document feature lists, user stories, and roadmaps in alignment with the overall product vision;
  • Gather and synthesize product feedback from stakeholders across various levels;
  • Advocate for the MVP concept, ensuring the focus remains on what's most desirable, viable, and feasible;
  • Work with multidisciplinary teams to develop, design, and test innovative solutions;
  • Lead the creation of business cases, operating plans, and new business proposals;
  • Create materials to effectively communicate progress to both partners and clients;
  • Encourage product adoption and evolution by actively engaging with key business sponsors and organizational leaders.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a technology-driven environment;
  • Proven track record in delivering complex projects in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams;
  • Experience in developing business cases, user stories, and roadmaps, with a plus for knowledge of data and AI tools;
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and adaptability to changing technologies;
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach;
  • Ability to influence product adoption among various stakeholders and translate market trends into actionable insights;
  • Excellent team player with a high level of initiative, self-motivation, and the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment;
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining diligent attention to detail.
