Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Atlassian Confluence Administrator to join our team at Bosch. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support, configuration, and maintenance of our Atlassian Confluence platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert-level support for Confluence users, ensuring seamless adoption and utilization of the platform.
  • Configure and maintain Confluence integrations with other tools and systems, ensuring seamless data flow and synchronization.
  • Develop and implement knowledge base articles to facilitate future reference and support.
  • Evaluate and manage the usage of Atlassian add-ons and plugins to meet team and business needs.
  • Identify performance bottlenecks and gaps between current and desired end states, working with the team to ensure consistent performance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure effective communication and stakeholder management.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in IT industries, with at least 3 years of experience in administering Atlassian Confluence.
  • Experience with configuring and supporting integration using development tools on Confluence.
  • Comprehensive understanding of SDLC, ITIL, and Agile Frameworks.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Strong facilitation skills, drive for results, attention to quality and detail, and a collaborative attitude.
  • Solid work ethic and ability to work with diverse teams across different time zones.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
