About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Catering Instructor/Auditor to join our team in Antwerp, Belgium. This role will involve supporting our clients by providing training, conducting audits, and trouble shooting at our offices or on board client vessels. The successful candidate will be responsible for representing our company and training catering crew members on our standard operating procedures and way of working.

The main tasks/responsibilities of this position include:

• Training: Providing lead instructor/trainer services for camp bosses, cooks, and stewards attending one-week or specialized trainings at our Antwerp office.

• Online Training and Coaching: Conducting online training and coaching sessions for new or underperforming camp bosses/cooks on board, analyzing situations on board, and assisting with set-ups or required changes.

• Technical Screening: Evaluating catering positions for clients to ensure they meet our standards for performance on IFS-managed vessels.

• Audits and Stock Takes: Conducting audits against various maritime catering standards and creating audit reports in our system, as well as conducting stock takes according to IFS standards and adding them to our system.

• Building Relationships: Developing strong business relationships with clients.
