The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing our client's Ukrainian market, ensuring seamless financial operations and strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Financial Planning and Strategy

    Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies to align with our company's objectives, collaborating closely with senior management to ensure financial plans are in harmony with overall business goals.

  • Budgeting and Forecasting

    Lead the preparation of the annual financial budget and regular forecasts, ensuring accuracy in predicting future financial performance and proactively managing any variations from planned budgets.

  • Financial Reporting

    Oversee the preparation and delivery of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, guaranteeing compliance with corporate reporting standards (GAAP), regulations, and financial policies.

  • Performance Monitoring

    Monitor key financial indicators, including revenue, expenses, profitability, and cash flow, analyzing variances and providing actionable recommendations for improving financial performance.

  • Cost Control

    Implement effective cost control measures and ensure optimal use of resources in line with our company's financial goals, fostering a culture of efficiency and productivity.

  • Cash Flow Management

    Ensure timely and efficient cash flow management, overseeing our company's working capital and liquidity to meet operational needs and strategic initiatives.

  • Internal Controls

    Establish and maintain robust internal financial controls and adherence to corporate governance standards (SOX), ensuring compliance with financial regulations, accounting principles, and relevant industry standards.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration

    Work closely with other departments (sales, operations, accounting, etc.) to ensure financial goals are met and financial information is accurate and accessible, promoting a culture of transparency and cooperation.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Detailed knowledge of accounting regulations (standards) and other normative legal acts of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine.

  • Strong expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

  • Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.

  • Excellent proficiency in English and Ukrainian language; Polish is an advantage.
