We are looking for a talented Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Teleperformance Poland. As a remote customer support specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing them with exceptional service and support.

The role involves working in a dynamic and multicultural environment, where you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge while contributing to the success of our company.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality customer service, resolving issues promptly, and escalating complex problems to senior colleagues when necessary.

You will also work closely with other teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing customer support via phone, email, or chat

Please note that a minimum B2+ level of Bulgarian language proficiency and English language proficiency at minimum B1 level are required for this position.
