Accounts Receivable (AR) Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled AR Accountant with English language proficiency to join our team at Michael Page.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional service to internal stakeholders by managing AR processes, including billing, collection, and compliance with DoA regulations.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and propose innovative solutions.
  • Deliver quality customer service by researching customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate closely with the Purchase department, Commissary, and customers to resolve issues and ensure smooth operations.
  • Manage AR emailboxes, process bank statements, and reconcile cash floats.
  • Process one-off invoices, send reminders to franchisees, and maintain accurate customer records.
  • Generate Direct Debit batches and reconcile G.R.S.I. accounts.
  • Perform month-end close activities, including closing AR subledgers and confirming IC balances.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in Accounts Receivables, with a strong analytical understanding of AR subledgers.
  • Proficiency in using different ERP systems and experience in a transition or business stabilisation environment.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid mode, with 3 days per week in the office.
