Collections Specialist with Dutch
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize collections and dispute management activities efficiently and effectively.
- Develop and implement effective overdue control and follow-up programs for customer accounts.
- Execute collection processes for defined customers.
- Organize and support cash and collection processes.
- Follow up on queries and resolve escalations in close cooperation with sectors.
- Ensure compliance with ICS checks.
- Participate in the Dispute Council as an active member.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in Collections or AR departments.
- Fluent English and Dutch language skills.
- Work experience in SAP system.
- Background in F&A, Economics, or Business Administration.
- Customer service focus.
