Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a small team of digital specialists and copywriters, ensuring seamless collaboration and effective task allocation.
  • Coordinate work for Iberia clients, allocating tasks and ensuring timely completion.
  • Attend client meetings and support the team in client discussions and status reporting.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients by analyzing their business needs and continuously improving the client experience.
  • Advise the team on complete client strategies, presenting creative and innovative ideas, and discovering new client needs.
  • Identify risks and suggest solutions to mitigate them.
  • Track team performance and progress towards goals, providing feedback and performance reviews.
  • Inspire and motivate team members to achieve their best.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Support various projects within the same or different clients as needed.
Requirements
  • Passionate leader with at least 1 year of team management experience.
  • Experience working with international clients and building long-term relationships.
  • Excellent organization and coordination skills.
  • At least 2 years of experience in eCommerce, with extensive knowledge and understanding of the field.
  • Assertiveness, ability to resolve conflict situations, and make difficult decisions.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish.
  • Attention to detail and quality control skills.
  • Knowledge of common tools like Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook.
