About the Job
- We are seeking a highly motivated Human Resources Specialist to join our team in Gdańsk, Poland.
As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for delivering top-notch employee services and supporting our employees throughout their entire lifecycle. This includes tasks such as payroll support, time and attendance management, hire and separation processes, job changes, and working hour adjustments.
You will maintain accurate data quality in our HR systems, run reports from Workday and time and attendance systems, and participate in global and local HR projects. Your excellent analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and strong communication skills will enable you to provide seamless support to our employees and managers.
About You
We are looking for a talented individual with:
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within an international setting.
- Experience working with Workday and Service Now is a must; Quinyx is a plus.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Very good command of Excel.
- Payroll process understanding.
- Team orientation and ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization.
- An innovative approach and can-do attitude.
