Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to join our team at CloudPay. As a key member of our global payroll team, you will be responsible for processing payrolls and ensuring accuracy and adherence to statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurate monthly payroll processing and validation of payroll results
  • Research discrepancies in payroll information and documentation to ensure accuracy and adherence to procedures before processing
  • Calculate statutory and occupational sickness payments, maternity, and paternity
  • Cooperate with Social Security Institution and Tax Office
  • Maintain Social Security platform 'Płatnik' and 'ZUS PUE'
  • Maintain disability fund submission on e-Pfron and prepare reports for the Statistical Office
  • Handle payroll queries raised by customers
  • Assist in preparing annual declarations PIT and insurance confirmation
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Good experience and knowledge of processing Polish payroll
  • Experience in using any Polish Payroll Software (preferably Symfonia and enova365 etc.)
  • Intermediate/business level in English
  • Good knowledge and understanding of current Polish legislation and statutory requirements
  • Good understanding of Microsoft Excel
  • Team player with the ability to share information and interact positively with others
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
