Lead a Team of Experts

As the Chief Architect of Machine Learning Solutions, you will have the opportunity to work with a team of experienced technology professionals on challenging projects across various industries. You will leverage cutting-edge technologies to drive innovation and growth.

This role is ideal for a leader who combines technical expertise with strong leadership skills. You will be responsible for driving innovative projects in data science and big data.

  • Design and implement scalable AI solutions using machine learning algorithms, predictive modeling, optimization, NLP, LLM, computer vision, and GenAI.
  • Lead end-to-end machine learning projects and manage cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery.
  • Develop and deploy machine learning models from scratch to production deployment.
  • Prioritize and control tasks within an Agile/Scrum framework to meet project objectives.

You will need:

  • 6+ years of commercial experience in designing and implementing scalable AI solutions.
  • Experience in leading end-to-end machine learning projects and managing cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in developing ML algorithms from scratch to production deployment.
  • Strong programming skills in Python: writing clean code, OOP design, extensive knowledge of ML libraries (Scikit-Learn, PyTorch/Tensorflow).
  • Proven expertise in deploying solutions in cloud environments (preferably AWS and/or Azure).
  • Knowledge in applying LLMs (semantic search, prompt engineering, multimodal embeddings, RAG).
  • High proficiency in English (C1 level).
  • Excellent communication skills and consulting experience with direct interaction with clients.
  • Working experience in SQL and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Snowflake, Databricks).
  • Familiarity with MLOps practices, Kubernetes and Docker.
  • Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field.
