Key Responsibilities- Manage project implementation, coordination, maintenance, and close-out of assigned studies
- Work independently to monitor project financial status, unit forecasting, actual realization, and team allocations
- Collaborate with management and stakeholders to ensure consistency, alignment, and compliance of internal processes
- Represent the company in the medical research community and develop collaborative relationships with client company personnel
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related Health Sciences (Physician's Assistant) or licensed RN
- Previous experience in clinical safety, clinical research monitoring, or pharmacovigilance, with a strong understanding of GCPs and safety data trending
- Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and project management skills
- Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership abilities
