Job Title: IT Project Manager DACH

Aliaxis is seeking a highly skilled IT Project Manager to lead our DACH region projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing complex IT projects, ensuring timely delivery, and exceeding customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives align with company strategy.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations, communicate effectively, and ensure project documentation is comprehensive.
  • Ensure resources are available and allocated efficiently.
  • Coordinate between corporate IT and local business units.
Requirements:
  • Senior experience in project management with a proven track record of delivering complex IT projects in international and decentralized organizations.
  • Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Experience in Operations, manufacturing, or Supply Chain or Finance systems or Marketing systems.
  • Knowledge in ERP and related software tools.
  • Fluent in German, with good knowledge of English and Polish.
