We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our team at Promise Group, a leading Microsoft partner in the CEE region. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing projects in accordance with defined and agreed scope, timeline, budget, and quality, adhering to organizational procedures, legal regulations, and a results-oriented approach focused on the financial outcome of the project.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in IT project management, a theoretical and practical knowledge of project management methodologies, both agile and traditional (PRINCE2/AGILE/SCRUM), and higher education (preferably in technical fields or project management).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Active participation in all phases of external projects within the public sector;
  • Managing projects in accordance with the defined and agreed scope, timeline, budget, and quality, adhering to organizational procedures, legal regulations, and a results-oriented approach focused on the financial outcome of the project;
  • Preparing and overseeing project documentation;
  • Close collaboration with other departments, especially with the Management Board within the organization, as well as with internal and external service providers and contractors;
  • Managing project teams (including team building, task delegation, and prioritization, and motivation);
  • Analyzing and reporting project progress and financial outcomes to stakeholders and senior management.

Our Requirements:

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in IT project management;
  • Ability to lead internal projects and collaborate with the Management Board;
  • Theoretical and practical knowledge of project management methodologies, both agile and traditional (PRINCE2/AGILE/SCRUM);
  • Higher education (preferably in technical fields or project management);
  • Independence in action and a proactive approach;
  • Experience in project monitoring, control, and reporting;
  • Excellent communication skills, teamwork abilities, and creating a positive atmosphere;
  • Professionalism, attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving independence;
  • Proficiency in English at a B2 level.
