Job Title: Software Engineer in Test

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Software Engineer in Test to join our team at Techland S.A. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, with a focus on testing and quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop automated testing frameworks to ensure the quality of our game.
  • Collaborate with the development team to identify and prioritize testing tasks.
  • Develop and maintain a tool for reporting defects directly from the game and the editor.
  • Implement automated performance tests for the game.
  • Program and modify a bot utilizing behavior trees in C++.
  • Maintain and develop the system controlling the bot and the game, written in Python with pytest.
  • Manage the database using Django (DRF).
  • Create data views and reports using ES6/React.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in working in a similar position (preferably in game development industry)
  • Very good command of English (cooperation with English-speaking teams).
  • Experience with REST API and Jira API.
  • Proficiency in C++ programming.
  • Practical knowledge of Python.
  • Experience in working with Django Rest Framework in the context of databases.
  • Familiarity with ES6 and React for creating user interfaces.
  • Knowledge or experience in data analysis and data mining.
