We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Proposal Analyst to join our team at TN Poland.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial principles, contracts, and proposals. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders both internally and externally.
Responsibilities include:
- Developing high-quality proposals, budgets, and contracts for commercial clients;
- Collaborating with operational teams and business development to ensure alignment with project and client needs;
- Providing account support and budget analysis for project teams;
- Conducting quality control reviews of outgoing deliverables;
- Responding to requests for information from commercial sponsors.
Required qualifications include:
- University degree in a relevant field;
- 3-7 years of experience in contracts/proposals;
- Strong understanding of financial principles and budgets;
- Ability to maintain confidentiality;
- Advanced skill in Excel, Word, and Adobe Acrobat.
