We're currently seeking an Associate Marketing Specialist to strengthen our Global Marketing team in Poland. This role will play a key part in helping us achieve our goals.

Your Key Responsibilities

  1. Assist in planning, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, Google AdWords, social media, email, demand generation, and content marketing.
  2. Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes. Provide insights and recommendations based on findings.
  3. Develop and curate engaging content for marketing materials, including blog posts, social media updates, email newsletters, and website copy.
  4. Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, generating reports to assess the effectiveness of marketing efforts. Provide actionable insights to improve future campaigns.
  5. Support the planning and execution of marketing events, such as webinars, trade shows, and promotional events. Coordinate logistics and promotional materials.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure cohesive marketing strategies and messaging.
  7. Perform administrative tasks, such as managing marketing calendars, coordinating meetings, and maintaining marketing databases.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field (preferred but not required).
  • 1-2 years of experience in marketing or a related field, including internships or co-op placements.
  • Proficiency in marketing software and tools, such as Google AdWords, Google Analytics, CRM systems like Salesforce, and social media platforms.
  • Familiarity with SEO, SEM, and digital marketing principles.
  • Experience with graphic design tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite, is a plus.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms, such as Eloqua, HubSpot, and Marketo, is an advantage.
  • Google AdWords certification is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for website updates is desirable.
