An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled Mobile App Developer to join our fast-growing, agile, and dynamic team. As part of our team, you will contribute to transforming the Vaillant Group into a data-driven business.

The successful candidate will work with cutting-edge technology stack: React Native, Redux, Firebase, Maestro, Keycloak, GitHub, Bitrise, Slack.

The primary responsibilities of this role include:

  • Developing a mobile multi-brand and multi-platform app using React Native
  • Leading feature development in IoT context: concept development, app development, testing
  • Steering the release process and ensuring high stability; driving products towards better technology, quality, and functionality
  • Collaborating with the architect and chapter lead to maintain a well-structured code base, future-oriented technology stack, and evolving architecture
  • Working as part of an agile team, participating in all agile rituals to plan, coordinate daily work, and ensure continuous improvement; mentoring junior developers

The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of proven experience in React Native, 7 years of JavaScript experience in companies, universities, or open-source communities.

The candidate should be interested in IoT systems, hardware, and software, possess knowledge of what makes an app high-performant with a large feature set, and have experience in end-to-end testing of frontend applications and knowledge about continuous integration and test automation.

Additionally, the successful candidate should be able to handle complexity by keeping their code simple, actively write bridges, and practice the principle "you built it, you run it". They should also enjoy collaborating with other developers on a daily basis (mob/pair programming) in a large agile team with a shared code base.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $100,000-$120,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
