As a Fullstack Developer at Square One Resources Sp. z o.o., you will be working on a large enterprise platform designed for clients' teams to calculate and process tax returns and related tasks. The application consists of multiple modules, including imports from external systems, calculation engines, user management, access control, documentation, comments, exports, and more.
About the JobWe are seeking an experienced professional with expertise in .NET Core and Angular to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining the application's front-end and backend components.
Your Responsibilities- Acting as a professional with high standards, adhering to quality, behavior, and work attitude expectations
- Maintaining a detail-oriented approach, ensuring thorough testing, adherence to ways of working, and ownership of your development area
- Being able to present yourself and the work you or your team deliver, taking pride in your accomplishments
- Exhibiting proactivity by actively communicating needs, following up, helping others, and adopting a 'can-do' approach
- Taking constructive feedback and providing actionable suggestions for improvement
- Excellent English communication skills for daily interactions
- A consultant mindset, proposing innovative solutions, explaining reasoning behind changes, and guiding non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to collaborate with a US-based team, working standard hours by 6 pm CET, but longer overlap with US time zones is beneficial due to the 7-hour offset
We offer a competitive salary range of €80,000 - €110,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement planning, and opportunities for career growth and professional development.
