Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Senior Accounting Professional to join our team in Warsaw. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and timeliness of our financial Record-To-Report (R-to-R) Process.

Key Responsibilities
• Ensures a reliable and punctual financial R-to-R Process, in accordance with Group standards and local legal requirements.
• Provides constructive input on the R-to-R Process and suggests improvements for continuous enhancement.
• Controls all accounting transactions of the company, including journal entries, accruals, and General Ledger reconciliations.
• Executes a reliable and punctual financial administration, including proper filing, which encompasses all accounting responsibilities: General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Provisions, VAT/Taxes, Periodical Closing.
• Posts incoming invoices and collaborates with other departments to resolve issues regarding price and quantity differences in Purchase Orders or Approval Processes. Offers suggestions for improving the P2P process.
• Resolves any irregularities and deviations independently, investigates, intervenes when necessary, and takes appropriate actions, seeking higher management assistance when required.
• Prepares necessary documentation as per ICS procedures.
• Maintains updated Standard Operating Procedures for assigned companies and assists in onboarding new employees.
• Identifies process gaps and implements potential improvements.
• Shares own knowledge/experience with colleagues to ensure deadlines and high-quality work.
• Takes on a mentor role for junior Accountants, guiding them after the onboarding process.
• Collaborates closely with external auditors, providing required data without delay.
• Performs other relevant activities that can reasonably be expected and/or are necessary in the company's interest and requested by the supervisor.

Required Qualifications
• University / Bachelor's degree in finance (or currently pursuing).
• Experience working in an international environment in a similar position is welcome.
• Knowledge of migration of accounting processes (including preparation of documentation) and experience in migrating accounting processes are desirable.
• Willingness to develop in the area of international finance (IFRS accounting and reporting).
• Good knowledge of English and Polish.
• Practical knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel).
