Randstad Construction and Property is a leading FM service provider, renowned for its commitment to excellence in facilities management. We are currently seeking an experienced Maintenance Shift Technician to join our team on one of our flagship London contracts.
Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Shift Technician with extensive experience in commercial building services maintenance. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing PPMs and reactive maintenance across the site's electrical, mechanical, and plumbing installations.
You will also be tasked with emergency light testing, fire alarm testing, sprinkler testing, addressing lighting issues, maintaining power distribution systems, and performing routine checks on transformers, panels, gearboxes, and breakers.
In addition, you will be responsible for maintaining on-site HVAC plants, including AHUs, FCUs, VAVs, and CRAC units, as well as chillers in computer/data/comms rooms, cooling tower checks, fixing leaks, drainage/flushing, and inspecting building fire safety systems.
Requirements
- C & G / NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installations
- 18th Edition
- Min. 2 years commercial building services maintenance experience
- Desire to progress in your career
- Work towards securing your HV AP status with the business
