Job Overview

We are seeking an accomplished Visual Merchandising Manager to spearhead retail excellence for our esteemed brand in the Ukrainian market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement visually stunning store designs, from concept to completion, ensuring seamless execution and quality control.
  • Ensure all new store openings and renovations are equipped with meticulous merchandising elements, aligning with our brand's identity.
  • Collaborate closely with our regional Visual Merchandising team, retailers, and shopfitters to drive cohesive brand representation.
  • Forecast and procure merchandising elements in accordance with our merchandising guidelines, distribution plans, and budgetary constraints.
  • Develop and execute VM strategies per brand, based on marketing plans, priorities, and guidelines, to drive sales and brand awareness.
  • Prepare and adapt brand planograms, permanent, and temporary merchandising, including slides, displays, launch units, and other visual elements.
  • Plan and execute visual merchandising elements for promotional activities, ensuring timely and effective execution.
  • Manage inventory liability and allocations, ensuring accurate stock levels and efficient logistics.
  • Monitor and manage the budget for visual merchandising materials, including collateral and local production expenses.
  • Provide guidance and oversight to the Corporate Visual Merchandising & Store Design Team, ensuring seamless execution and quality control.
  • Communicate and validate budgets, ensuring transparent financial management.
  • Monitor execution in terms of timing, quality, and cost, addressing any discrepancies promptly.
  • Collect feedback on the quality of visual merchandising execution, utilizing this information to drive continuous improvement.
  • Contribute to retailer discussions regarding the visual strategy of the brand, ensuring alignment and cohesion.
  • Drive innovation and continuous improvement in visual merchandising for the brand, staying abreast of industry trends and best practices.
  • Work closely with the Corporate Visual Merchandising team to leverage the latest best practices and expertise.

Requirements:

  • Experience in visual merchandising, with a proven track record of driving retail excellence.
  • Proficient command of the English, Ukrainian, and Russian languages.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
  • Commitment to seeking innovative merchandising solutions, with a willingness to think outside the box.
  • Creativity, enthusiasm, and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
  • Excellent communicative skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Salary: The estimated salary for this role is €55,000 - €65,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
