Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and experienced Payroll Operations Manager to oversee payroll operations in the EMEA region. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven professional to further develop their career in the Shared Service Centre (SSC) sector.

About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing Team Leaders, implementing a global payroll strategy, managing vendors and payroll projects, defining and implementing process improvements, managing escalations, creating and reviewing certain payroll reports, and managing and coaching team members. The ideal candidate will have experience managing payroll delivery for multiple countries and possess excellent attention to detail, strong work ethic, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential for this role.

What We Offer
This is a full-time position located in PL-Gdansk, Poland. We offer a competitive salary of approximately 60,000-80,000 PLN per annum, private medical healthcare, MyBenefit system, a fantastic working culture where you can make an impact, nice office facilities in an easy-to-reach location, and a friendly work atmosphere. The salary range is subject to qualifications and experience.
