About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join our team in the Planning and Analysis department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for preparing financial information for budgeting and long-term financial planning, as well as ensuring the accuracy of financial data.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare financial information for budgeting and long-term financial planning.
  • Ensure the accuracy of financial data and collaborate with commercial finance and finance managers to achieve this goal.
  • Participate in the implementation of new financial systems solutions.
  • Support the preparation of management performance reports.
  • Review and analyze financial statements and reports, developing financial projections and building financial models.
  • Ensure compliance with financial guidelines, company policies, and relevant legal regulations.
  • Conduct thorough research of historical financial data.
  • Compare anticipated and actual results and liaise with the Reporting team to identify areas for improvement.
  • Maintain confidentiality of financial information and investment decisions.
  • Support the business with detailed analysis and reporting.
  • Lead data-driven decision making and drive performance improvements.
  • Design and implement insightful reporting to drive better visibility for opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Masters or Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in financial planning, analysis, and modeling.
  • Ability to present financial information to a non-financial audience.
  • Working knowledge of financial strategies.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Detail-orientation and ability to perform in a high-pressure environment.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including advanced knowledge of Excel, Oracle, or related financial systems.
  • Familiarity with finance databases.
  • Understanding of Enterprise Resource Planning systems (ERP).
  • Up-to-date with accounting laws and regulations.
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Ability to present financial data using detailed reports and charts.
  • Demonstrable strategic thinking skills.
  • Confidentiality in handling sensitive financial information.
  • Excellent command of the English language.
