Senior Marketing Professional

We are currently looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Marketing Specialist to join our team at Lynka in Skawina.

The successful candidate will be responsible for organizing the marketing of product Trade Shows in Poland and EU, overseeing and contributing to content and graphic creation for digital and print, planning, creation, and management of marketing campaigns, preparation of traditional advertising materials for the sales department using graphic programs, cooperation with external entities in the field of marketing materials, and coordination of asset production with internal and external partners.

• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote products and services.
• Create engaging content for various marketing channels, including social media, email, and website.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency across all marketing efforts.
• Analyze market trends and customer feedback to inform marketing decisions.
• Manage marketing budgets and resources to achieve optimal ROI.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar position.
• A university degree, preferably in Marketing or a related field.
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Fluency in spoken and written English.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
• A strong understanding of graphic design principles and software, including Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience with e-commerce platforms and online marketing tools is an advantage.
