We are looking for a skilled AR Accountant to join our Quote to Cash team, where your contributions will truly make an impact.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain accounts receivables for EMEA customers, including sales orders, billing, payment allocation, and reporting
  • Set up new customers in the accounting system
  • Assess customers' financial liquidity
  • E nsure timely billing and payment processing
  • Monitor financial aspects in contracts
  • Contact sales managers for missing information
  • Issue invoices and credit notes
  • Submit invoices through email/client portals
  • Process bad debt write-offs, match-offs, credits, and refunds
  • Post and reconcile incoming payments
  • Prepare reports: receivables aging, sales, cash forecast, intercompany reports, and confirm balances with local entities
  • Collect past due receivables through dunning letters, emails, and telephone
  • Solve collection issues, such as billing disputes
  • Negotiate payment schedules and advance payments
Key Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or similar
  • 1-2 years of experience in accounts receivable positions
  • Excellent command of English; other languages a plus
  • Working knowledge of ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics
  • Proficient in MS Office package, particularly Excel
  • Client service oriented with strong team relationships
  • Solid organizational and multitasking skills
  • Attention to detail and prioritization
  • Strong communication skills
  • Process improvement mindset
  • Ability to work independently
