About the Role
As an R&D Engineer at Corning, you will be responsible for developing and testing new advanced processing technologies, including equipment and tool design. Your focus will be on managing cable development projects, analyzing process data and statistics to improve processing capabilities, and harmonizing and optimizing cable manufacturing processes to ensure easy and quick transfers between locations and production lines.

- Degree in technical field
- Experience in development/engineering department
- Proficiency in English and Polish
- Strong technical understanding of mechanical engineering
- Knowledge of statistics
- Familiarity with fiber optic cable constructions and materials
- Excellent communication and global teamwork skills
- Experience in project management
- Willingness to work at different locations
