Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior IT SysOps Administrator to ensure the seamless operation of our IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement, develop, and maintain systems, applications, and solutions based on virtualization technologies.
  • Administer and manage Windows endpoints (servers, clients) using directory service, automation, and MDM/UEM systems.
  • Monitor and ensure the stability and continuity of IT services and server operations.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and proactively prevent technical issues.
  • Automate repetitive tasks using scripting languages (i.e., PowerShell).
  • Secure operating systems and services following cybersecurity best practices.
  • Evaluate and implement technical solutions to meet company needs.
  • Optimize IT processes for resource utilization and system scalability.

Infrastructure Management:

  • Maintain system solutions based on automation and virtualization, proposing technical guidelines.
  • Support other departments within the global IT structure.
  • Create technical documentation for ongoing work and implementations.
  • Liaise with external IT service providers to address issues and ensure service quality.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Windows operating systems.
  • Strong knowledge of access and identity management systems (Active Directory + chosen cloud provider).
  • In-depth knowledge of virtualization, including public, and hybrid cloud providers.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices.
  • Basic knowledge of server hardware, LAN configuration, and administration.
  • Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
Preferred Certifications:
  • Microsoft Certified in Administrator role or equivalent MCSE, MCSA).
