At 4 PL Eastern Europe sp. z o.o., we're driving innovation in the logistics industry with our cutting-edge software, Optimo. As one of the top products from European companies, it's a platform that empowers businesses to optimize delivery efficiency through advanced mechanisms.

We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Symfony Developer to join our team and support us in developing this system further.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and implementing a modular monolith architecture using Symfony;
  • Migrating existing functionalities to Symfony for seamless integration;
  • Collaborating with employees on implementing Symfony-based solutions;
  • Supporting the integration of Symfony with our current system (built on Zend 1 and PHP 8.3).

To excel in this role, you'll need:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience working with Symfony, with a strong focus on version 6 and beyond;
  • An IT education, preferably at a higher level;
  • In-depth knowledge of SOLID principles and their practical application;
  • Familiarity with design patterns and their implementation in real-world projects;
  • The ability to work effectively within a SCRUM team environment;
  • Independence and initiative in tackling assigned tasks and making decisions;
  • Excellent English language skills (at least B1 level).
