AP Accountant Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled AP Accountant to join our team at Randstad Polska. As an AP Accountant, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality Accounts Payable (AP) and invoice processing services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a specific set of purchase invoices and AP tasks following current work instructions
  • Process invoices and accounts payable via different systems, processes, and automations
  • Contribute to improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the Source-to-Pay (S2P) process in line with AP objectives
  • Collaborate with the global organization, including other divisions and clients, as well as auditors and suppliers
  • Participate in various projects and process automation

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Accounts Payable
  • Higher education in a field related to accounting/finance or relevant
  • Good knowledge of business process development
  • Experience in SSC environment is a plus
  • Fluent in English
  • Excellent knowledge of Accounts Payable
  • Good knowledge of (end-to-end) S2P process flow and global collaboration
  • Openness and meticulousness
  • Willingness to work in a team
