About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to take on a challenging role that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously. As an IT Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the project management team with various tasks, including project planning, budgeting, monitoring, and controlling. You will also assist in coordinating and organizing project teamwork, managing relationships with external vendors, and preparing project deliverables such as documents, reports, and project plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in project planning, scoping, budgeting, monitoring, and controlling.
  • Support project team members in ensuring proper communication & relations within the project.
  • Coordinate and organize project teamwork.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors, ensuring timely delivery of services and adherence to contractual agreements.
  • Prepare project deliverables, such as documents, reports, and project plans.
  • Assist in preparing project status reports, metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for project tracking and evaluation.
  • Identify potential project risks, analyze their impact, and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Monitor project expenditures and assist in budget management, ensuring projects stay within allocated resources.
  • Schedule and organize project meetings, prepare meeting agendas, and document meeting minutes and action items.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as IT or business management. You should also have good command of English (B2) and experience with MS Office 365 tools. Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or Scrum is also required. Additionally, you should have knowledge of project documentation practices, including creating project plans, progress reports, and risk assessments. High analytical skills, ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, meet deadlines, and prioritize are also essential. Finally, you should be willing to learn, develop skills, and actively participate in projects.
