Category Strategist Driving Business Growth
In the role of MRO Category Manager at Arche Consulting, you will play a critical part in shaping the company's procurement strategies. Your primary goal will be to develop and execute category plans that drive business growth, improve efficiency, and reduce costs.
You will work closely with key stakeholders to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and develop implementation roadmaps. Your expertise in procurement and category management will enable you to effectively manage interactions with suppliers, negotiate contracts, and track compliance with established strategies.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of procurement best practices, contract management, and leadership skills. They should have experience leading cross-functional teams and driving strategic initiatives that make a real business impact.
Requirements:
- A Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (desired).
- No less than 10 years of procurement experience, preferably with a focus on category management.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Strong analytical capabilities and proven leadership skills.
- Familiarity with SAP and Power BI is a plus.
