We are seeking an experienced Financial Analyst Revenue Recognition Professional to join our team at the Bruker Business Support Center (BSC) in Warsaw, Poland.

About the Role

As a Financial Analyst Revenue Recognition Professional, you will be responsible for providing high-quality accounting services in the General Ledger for global internal company clients. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Driving end-to-end process for served locations according to Bruker corporate policies.
  • Reviewing, maintaining, and validating status of orders process.
  • Ensuring proper documentation in place.
  • Following up on deferred revenue.
  • Extended warranty.
  • Posting BS and P&L Reclasses.

You will also perform balance sheet account reconciliations to confirm the accuracy and validity of the process, as well as monthly reporting to Corporate, SOX controls, and monthly statistical reports.

In addition, you will support audits and other business queries, and perform other duties as required.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 2 years of General Ledger/AR work experience required, with experience with US GAAP revenue recognition preferred.
  • Effective communication and professional skills in English, both written and oral.
  • A graduate degree in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent qualification.
  • Advanced computer proficiency with SAP ERP and MS Office Suite, including Excel expertise.
  • The ability to work on and own initiatives while collaborating within a team.
  • Strong decision-making skills, with the ability to assess situations, determine importance, urgency, and risks, and make clear and timely decisions.
  • Proactive time management skills, with the ability to manage critical processes.
  • A strong understanding of controls required within an accounting organization.
