Purpose and Impact:
The Store Manager plays a crucial role in driving store profitability by meeting or exceeding sales and profit targets, managing resources, and providing a leading consumer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Owns and ensures team awareness of store KPIs to maximize sales and minimize loss.
- Identifies and addresses improvement areas in the store, involving district managers or retail back office partners as needed.
- Leads service standards CONNECT-ENGAGE-INSPIRE by example, focusing on sales and team member development.
- Schedules staff to serve consumers, drive sales, and execute tasks.
- Ensures legal and financial integrity of the store.
- Advocates for the brand, ensuring in-store execution according to established standards and directives.
- Trains store team members on foundational and seasonal brand and product knowledge.
- Leads team to connect consumers with digital and omnichannel tools for a seamless shopping experience.
- Manages store operations systematically and efficiently, adhering to policies and procedures.
- Ensures consistent execution of visual merchandising and in-store communication standards.
- Processes merchandise deliveries promptly and makes the entire product offer accessible to customers.
- Ensures cash register transactions are processed quickly and accurately, following loss prevention policies.
- Complies with operational policies and ensures team members do the same.
- Implements improvements to operations and processes, contributing to store performance.
- Works with a team-first mindset, respecting colleagues and contributing to an inclusive work environment.
- Recruits and trains store team members, ensuring adherence to HR policies.
- Creates a high-performance culture by leading, coaching, and giving feedback to team members.
- Identifies and develops strong performers for growth opportunities.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a sports and/or fashion customer- and/or commercial-focused retail environment.
- At least 1 year of experience as a Store Manager or 18 months in a store management team.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to coach and develop colleagues.
- Focus on processes and consumer.
- Fluent Polish and English knowledge.
