As a valued member of our team, you will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting large data sets to identify trends and insights that inform business decisions.

We are seeking a skilled Data Insight Expert to join our Polish operations, supporting our client base across the region.

  • Develop and implement data models using logistic and linear regression, decision trees, and clustering techniques.
  • Collaborate with our Polish team to drive data-driven insights that inform business decisions.
  • Communicate complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clear and actionable recommendations.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and visualization.
  • Work closely with our client base to understand their business needs and develop tailored data solutions.
Key Requirements:
  • University degree in a quantitative discipline such as Statistics, Data Science, Finance, or Econometrics.
  • 4+ years of experience in data analytics, with a strong background in statistical modeling and data visualization.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Fluent written and spoken English, with a strong understanding of business operations and processes.
