Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute an internal control system, including compliance documentation and processes.

  • Support month-end close activities, prepare financial reports, and ensure proper application of accounting controls.

  • Collaborate with finance teams to improve the controls environment and harmonize internal controls across various markets (US, Europe, Emerging Markets).

  • Prepare for and support audits, including coordinating internal and external audits and implementing remediation actions for audit findings.

  • Train teams and support the rollout of new policies and procedures.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, and minimum 4 years of relevant experience in a multinational company. Strong knowledge of US GAAP, Sarbanes-Oxley, and internal control standards is required, along with fluency in English and the ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels.
