About the Opportunity

TN Poland is looking for a seasoned Commercial Planning Lead to join our team. As a Commercial Planning Lead, you will be responsible for developing and executing commercial plans that drive business growth.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement category and channels strategies that meet and exceed business objectives.

Your expertise will be invaluable in generating category & shopper insights on batteries, flashlights, and auto care products, and supporting company goals with target-oriented presentations and management reports.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing the annual Category & Channel Development plan, aligning with Marketing & Sales based on international/regional guidelines to achieve market shares, distribution, sales, and margin targets.
  • Setting up category guidelines, targets, and KPIs to meet and maximize results.
  • On-going analysis and monitoring of main market competitors.
  • Constant generation of new category insights as well as leveraging the existing ones.
  • Managing Market Share by product, channel, customer, area using Nielsen, Focus Online, POS data, and other available data.
  • Hosting correct and full key market panel data for Poland (batteries, flashlights, and auto care products) via Nielsen Answers.
  • Collaborating with external customers as well as internal stakeholders like Commercial, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain team to drive initiatives.
