About the Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our Global RTR (Returnable Transport Item) process optimization efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing globally standardized end-to-end RTR processes, ensuring compliance with IFRS, group guidelines, and local accounting requirements.

Responsibilities
  • Design and implement globally standardized end-to-end RTR processes, including internal controls framework and documentation.
  • Oversee the development of standard operating procedures to ensure standardization and compliance.
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Accounting, and IM/IT, to streamline RTR processes and plan systems upgrades.
  • Manage stakeholders globally to ensure alignment and engagement across regions and business units.
  • Maintain overall accountability for overseeing the quality and effectiveness of the RTR process.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's degree in Finance and/or Accounting, complemented by relevant certifications such as ACCA or CPA.
  • At least 8 years of experience in accounting, finance, or related roles, preferably in a production/commodities industry.
  • Experience working with GBS structures and prior exposure to leading global process optimization initiatives.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to influence and drive change in a multinational organization.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems, such as SAP, and RTR automation tools.

  • An estimated salary range of $120,000 - $160,000 per annum, based on location and experience.
