Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Calypso Developer to join our team. The successful candidate will work on various projects, combining their knowledge and experience in business/system/technology domains and coordination skills. This will involve working on different types of projects depending on the profile, such as advisory projects, management projects, and implementation projects.

The role also involves supporting sales processes, analyzing client needs, preparing offers, presentations, and workshops. Additionally, the candidate will support project lifecycle management, estimating scope and effort, planning and selecting methods, scheduling, conducting progress reporting, risk management, and more.

You will work with systems, including system analysis, design, configuration, development, testing, and building and managing implementation teams. You will also participate in shaping and scaling team and practice competencies, implementing selected knowledge-building, knowledge transfer, and training strategies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience Working with Calypso: We require candidates with extensive experience working with Calypso.
  • SQL Knowledge: Good knowledge of SQL is essential for this role.
  • Programming Language: Familiarity with a selected programming language (Java, C#, others) is required.
  • Project Management Experience: Candidates should have experience in independently managing small projects or parts of them.
  • Domain Knowledge: Advanced domain knowledge in a selected area of markets, treasury products, Front Office or Back Office processes is necessary.
  • Tech Trends: Knowledge and skills in current technological trends, particularly cloud solutions and artificial intelligence, are expected.
  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in roles related to the software development lifecycle - business/system analysis, configuration, programming, testing, or system maintenance is preferred.
  • Relevant Education: Relevant education in management, finance and accounting, economics, econometrics, quantitative methods, or software development is required.
  • English Proficiency: Proficiency in English is essential for this role.
