Cyber Security Lead Position

We are seeking an experienced Cyber Security Lead to join our team in Warsaw, Poland.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support the engineering team in designing secure solutions that meet InfoSec standards and processes;
  • Track and coordinate with the engineering team to mitigate or remediate security issues in a timely manner;
  • Collaborate with the Cyber Security Team to ensure effective implementation of security measures;
  • Responsible for dynamic security scans, including tool vetting, analysis of security reports, and coordinating vulnerability addressing;
  • Research, design, and implement countermeasures to prevent or detect system compromise;
  • Develop cyber intelligence solutions to prevent internal and external attacks on the Fedex Express Poland Transportation Sp. z o.o. system;
  • Implement and support technologies across various domains, including application, network/perimeter, data, endpoint, identity & access, and mobility;
  • Provide management with information regarding the negative impact of security breaches on the business;
  • Offer guidance to management concerning risk to the business caused by security exposures;
  • Research attempted or successful efforts to compromise system security and design countermeasures.

Requirements

We require a Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or equivalent formal training or work experience.

Key qualifications include 5-7 years of experience in IT information security, knowledge of security and risk frameworks, standards, and best practices, strong technical and consulting skills, project management capability, strong written and verbal communication skills, critical thinking/problem solving skills, ability to work under general supervision, and leadership skills.

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is around 80,000 - 110,000 PLN per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
