Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Service Delivery Manager to oversee the execution of environment upgrades and ensure the smooth operation of IT services. This role requires clear communication with stakeholders regarding the progress of execution, issues, their resolution, and potential adjustments to plans.

Responsibilities include ensuring clear communication about the status of IT environments and services, acting as the primary contact for all customer inquiries and issues, overseeing the execution of service requests related to IT environments, investigating and diagnosing incidents and service requests in detail, and leading root cause analysis of infrastructure problems and developing resolution plans.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure effective communication regarding the status of IT environments and services.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers and resolve their inquiries and issues promptly.
  • Oversee the implementation of service requests related to IT environments, including investigation, diagnosis, and resolution of incidents.
  • Lead root cause analysis of infrastructure problems and develop comprehensive resolution plans.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in service management or IT service delivery.
  • Solid understanding of ITIL processes, with a focus on incident, change, and release management.
  • Knowledge of SAFe methodology and project management skills.
  • Fluent written and spoken English language proficiency.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
