About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our Sales Department in South West Poland. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for promoting our product portfolio and services to both existing and new customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contacting key customers to customize Beckman Coulter products
  • Selling and promoting the company's products, implementing a sales plan to achieve established sales and financial targets
  • Visiting potential and existing customers
  • Involving technical staff in resolving customer issues and problems as required
  • Managing a complex sales process with multiple decision makers
  • Managing tender opportunities and price quotes
  • Monitoring and analyzing sales and preparing reports
  • Liaising with local service and other support staff to ensure complete customer satisfaction
Requirements
  • Master's degree with a focus in medical biochemistry, medical analytics, biotechnology, molecular biology, chemistry, and/or pharmacy
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience, ideally from the diagnostics business
  • Solid understanding of tactical sales skills, including prospecting, qualifying, closing, and growing existing accounts
  • Highly motivated with a track record of sales success
  • Excellent time and territory management skills
