New Product Introduction Supervisor Role



We are seeking a highly motivated New Product Introduction Supervisor to join our dynamic team in Katowice. As a key leadership role in a global manufacturing company driving innovation in the electronics industry, this position offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact.




  • Leading cross-functional teams in the planning and execution of NPI projects to ensure smooth transitions from concept to full-scale production.
  • Collaborating closely with engineering, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain teams to ensure product designs are manufacturable and meet quality standards.
  • Conducting new product development from sourcing and achieving successful launch.
  • Creating technical RFQ and process quote gathering.
  • Promoting a Principle Based Management culture.


We Require:




  • Proven experience in New Products Development Sourcing or Engineering.
  • Procurement expertise in categories: stamping (busbars), plastics, FPC (flexible printed circuit).
  • Fluency in English and Polish is required.
  • Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact at all levels within the organization.
  • Demonstrated experience driving cross-functional collaboration across business units and geographies.
  • Experience of new product development or sourcing on BMS (Battery Management System) or similarly complex products is a big plus.
  • Good supplier networking that enables quickly identifying and onboarding external capabilities.
  • Process knowledge and costing awareness, of molding, stamping, plating, machining, PCB, and assembly.
  • Eligibility to work in Poland.
