Procurement Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team at IAG Tech, an inclusive employer and a member of MyGwork – the largest global platform for the LGBTQ+ business community.

• Perform end-to-end process for DOC invoices, including approval and audit of invoices, maintenance of pricing structure in the system based on price lists and Procurement contracts.
• Manage daily cash flow verification to ensure correct information flow between suppliers and internal system.
• Analyse and verify system errors, cooperating with IT and stakeholders to mitigate identified mismatches.
• Ensure process execution according to agreed procedures and Service Level Agreements (SLA) for Contract Leakage.
• Resolve complex queries from suppliers and stakeholders, and maintain cooperation with suppliers, internal and external partners.

• MS degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related fields.
• Experience in working for financial international organizations.
• Working proficiency in MS Excel, Power Point, and SAP HANA, with experience in BRF+ being an asset.
• Knowledge of suppliers and contract management, with strong financial and business orientation.
• Ability to evaluate, analyse, and present skills, operating effectively in an environment with tight deadlines.
• English skills on at least B2 level, with fluency in Spanish being a strong asset.
