Job Description

The Financial Reporting Specialist will play a key role in supporting the evolution of financial reporting in a challenging and stimulating environment. You will help bridge the gap between finance and Business Intelligence. Our primary objective is to assist the business in making decisions based on data, with a particular emphasis on producing reports as the primary and most reliable source of information.

A team of 12 experts provides support to various departments, including marketing, sales, customer success, finance, and people experience, for both short-term and long-term projects. Collaborating closely with stakeholders, we strive to develop reports, analyses, models, and recommendations that enable us to gain a deep understanding of how we can enhance the satisfaction of both doctors and patients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Track key financial metrics and KPIs, ensuring they align with organizational goals.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive financial dashboards using advanced Business Intelligence tools.
  • Provide detailed insights into financial performance, trends, and variances.
  • Provide insights for long-term strategic decisions.
  • Ensure accurate and timely collection of financial data from systems like Oracle NetSuite.
  • Integrate data from multiple sources for a unified financial view.
  • Analyze profitability and cost efficiency to identify improvement areas.
  • Support audits and for regulatory documentation.
  • Automate repetitive financial tasks to improve efficiency.
  • Implement process improvements to reduce manual efforts and errors.
  • Utilize Business Intelligence tools like Tableau for dynamic, interactive reports and dashboards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Statistics, Econometrics or a related field.
  • Demonstrable experience in using SQL to derive actionable insights, either in commercial or academic setting.
  • Knowledge of Python/R and desire to expand your knowledge.
  • Experience with statistical modeling and descriptive statistics.
  • Experience in partnership with internal stakeholders.
  • Experience in leading and executing end-to-end Business Intelligence projects.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills in English; proficiency in other languages such as German, Spanish, and Italian is a plus.
  • Ability to gather, organize, analyze, and report large volumes of financial data with speed and accuracy.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to provide high-quality work efficiently.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to adapt and work in a quickly changing environment, managing competing demands.

  • A 30-minute meeting with Ro - Head of International Talent Acquisition.
  • SHL test.
  • A 45-minute meeting with Nicolò Truffa - Head of Financial reporting.
  • A 60-minute meeting with Wiktor Kulikowski - Business Intelligence Manager including the live SQL testing.
  • Business Case - Prepare a Business Case.
  • Present it within the with Nico and Wiktor for 90 minutes.
  • Meet the Team for 15 minute meeting.
