Job Summary

We are seeking a talented IT System Administrator to join our team at Pracujw. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical assistance to employees via phone, email, or in-person support
  • Document and track all requests, including issues, questions, and suggestions, through our ticketing system
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation on hardware and software configurations, installation procedures, and troubleshooting methods
  • Perform regular system monitoring to ensure the integrity and availability of all hardware and software systems
  • Label and manage all major assets within the office

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft-based operating systems, including Windows and Office applications
  • Experience in using and troubleshooting Microsoft Office and Outlook within a network environment
  • Familiarity with networking concepts, routing, and switching
  • Basic understanding of Linux operating systems
  • Previous experience in a helpdesk or 1st line support role is highly desirable
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multinational environment
  • Proficiency in English language (with close cooperation with an international IT Support Team), German language skills are a plus
