Change Management Expert

We are seeking a seasoned Change Management Expert to join our team at TN Poland. As a key member of our advisory services, you will be responsible for leading large-scale transformation projects and advising clients on how to improve their business.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Liaise between stakeholders, brands, business, and IT teams to ensure transparent communication and efficient cooperation.
  2. Track project delivery against the plan, manage project risks, control project budget, and run the change control process.
  3. Coordinate work of various teams to successfully deliver high-quality products.
  4. Improve quality standards and procedures, identify new ways/approaches of project delivery.
  5. Build high-performing self-organized teams, facilitate and coach them on agile ways of working.
  6. Support scoping and business analysis to identify project challenges and points of improvements.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Project Management (PMP, APM, other).
  • Proven records of successful delivery in Agile environment (Scrum, SAFe, Less, other).
  • Strong stakeholder and communication management skills.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
  • Familiar with Software Development Lifecycle and Change Management.
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or equivalent education.
  • Proficiency in English and Polish (written and spoken communication), German would be an advantage.
