Main Job Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, business analysts, delivery teams and architects to define and document user stories, as-is and to-be business processes or functional requirements.
- Develop a deep understanding of business value and advocate for maximum standardization and synergies across lines of business.
- Identify and capture integration points across project initiatives to ensure alignment across discrete applications.
- Contribute to test strategy, defining acceptance criteria, test plans, and test cases.
Key Requirements
- Strong expertise in Salesforce, CPQ, Anaplan, or other sales planning platforms.
- Experience working in Agile environments.
- Proven business analyst skills to understand complex business scenarios, elicit comprehensive user requirements, and comprehend up and downstream impacts.
- Excellent skills in Excel & PowerPoint.
- Able to work independently and within a team environment, possibly supervising others during projects.
