Job Title: Full Stack Developer

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer to join our team at Bosch. As a Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining the Valuemation tool within our IT infrastructure, ensuring its proper functioning and alignment with company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement solutions for Valuemation, an IT Financial Management Suite, to enable efficient cost planning and management for IT Services.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to gather and define IT requirements, ensuring that user needs are fully understood and met in the implementation process.
  • Customize and implement user requests within Valuemation, ensuring that solutions are tailored to specific requirements.
  • Adhere to Bosch IT standards and best practices in all aspects of development and system integration.
  • Contribute to team meetings, such as daily stand-ups, by sharing progress updates, highlighting blockers, and collaborating on solutions.
  • Ensure project-related documentation is consistently updated and accessible to both the team and stakeholders for smooth project communication.
  • Regularly update task statuses in Jira and participate in team communications to ensure clear and effective project coordination.
  • Support and motivate team members to work together efficiently, resolve issues quickly, and meet project milestones.
  • Take a proactive role in improving existing processes and workflows within the application, ensuring their effective implementation and continuous enhancement.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of Python, SQL, Oracle DB, and Rest API.
  • Experience in working within different software development and delivery life cycles, agile, iterative, and waterfall.
  • Experience working with large amounts of data and the ability to manage it effectively.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills to address and resolve technical issues.
  • Self-organization, structured, responsible, and goal-oriented.
  • Ability to present results and communicate within the team.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Excellent Polish and English language skills.

Nice to Have:

  • Knowledge of Java and PL/SQL.
  • Experience with ETL tools.
  • Experience with Valuemation software.
  • Experience with Linux, specifically Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL).
  • Proficiency in working with Tomcat application server.
